Faced several issues , particularly with cleanliness-found spider webs in both the outdoor patio and dining area. The room didn't have bedside plugs for charging gadgets, inconvenient. The advertised deck on the lake was nowhere to be found, impacting plans for fishing. The dining menu had discrepancies compared to what was online, and the dining room's overall aesthetic was underwhelming. Food options were limited with inconsistent service, including cold meals served at dinner.

The staff was attentive, provided a fast check-in and a late check-out. As for me, the location was quiet, near the gardens, the Auberge Quilliams and the lake. Moreover, there was a lake within 0 mins walk from the hotel.

This place is in a marvellous and stunning location close to the lake.

I loved the hot tub, sauna, and steam room with the perfect relaxation after a long day. The breakfast featured high-quality pastries, including croissants and chocolate croissants, paired with excellent coffee that I couldn't resist. A long chat with the manager provided great local tips on the area.

The furniture in the room was definetely outdated, quite an eyesore. I couldn't believe that on my last day, the breakfast area looked like a tornado hit it with dirty tables everywhere, unacceptable. I expected a little upgrade for my troubles, but clearly, that's too much to ask.

Rooms were clean, but breakfast was disappointing.

The location offered beautiful views, and I loved the opportunity to explore the wildlife reserve nearby. The staff were quite friendly, and the dining experience was enjoyable, with a menu that reflected local culinary heritage.

Our experience was satisfactory overall. The room had a fine view, and we enjoyed relaxing evenings by the outdoor firepit. The service was particularly commendable. Future guests should check breakfast hours ahead of time.

The relaxing atmosphere made it a perfect getaway for me, a single traveler.

great stay but a few drawbacks

The staff were genuinely great. A gorgeous view of the lake from the walking path added to our enjoyment.

I had a lovely experience enjoying the beautiful lake view from my room, and the food was superb during my stay. the pool was closed.

The second-floor room was beautifully appointed with a lovely view facing East toward a pond. The check-in process was smooth, and breakfast was really good with its quality and variety. The room offered modern essentials, including a Nespresso coffee service and luxurious toiletries.
